 "I’ve recently seen more and more girls playing around with hair accessories. I first noticed this trend on The Hills (Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port often sported unique headbands) and even more so on Gossip Girl where the headband has been a trademark of Blair Warldorf." Our salon is expanding our boutique area and adding "Charlotte's Consignments" to the mix. It got me thinking about making some hair accessories such as Ribbon head bands to display in the boutique now that ANYONE can put their items up for sale. I love the look!
