   Base color dark blonde with golden blonde highlights added for dimension. Very thick, natural wavy hair with coarse texture. This combination has a tendency toward dryness and soaks up products. I like the Pureology Relaxing Serum on her hair most recently. I'm always trying new products and this one is the one I reach for the most for this texture of hair.
  Susan has extremely thick hair with natural wave. Longer layers work best as she enjoys styling her hair different ways, including pulling it back into a ponytail. We touch up the base color to a natural level 6 and add highlights every other visit. Moisturizing and smoothing products are layered throughout styling to help smoothe and weigh down the hair shaft. This day we used a flat iron to add a slight flip to the ends. |
