SALON TREATMENT
I would first begin by 'clarifying' your hair with Redken's PreArt (applied to dry hair for 10 minutes) then apply a coating of Redken's Cleansing Cream shampoo (directly on top of the PreArt). These combined treatments are then worked into a lather, and left on for 5 minutes at the shampoo bowl.

The mixture is dampened and then worked again into a lather prior to shampooing as usual. Rinsed for 5 minutes to remove all traces of shampoo and treatment.

Your hair is towel dried and is now prepared.

Step One:  PRE ART
Removes mineral deposits to ensure an even color result
Professional in-salon treatment used to clarify and help remove excess product build-up from product or copper and iron deposits on hair. It also equalizes porosity prior to chemical services.

Step Two: HAIR CLEANSING CREAM SHAMPOO
Purifies and refreshes hair. Clarifies and works to remove copper, iron, hard water minerals and styling product build-up on all hair types. Formulated with fruit acids to add shine, it purifies and refreshes hair.
 
Key Ingredients: Copper Chelators = Help Remove Copper And Iron Mineral Deposit. Contains a high concentration of chelating agents that surround minerals, making them more soluble so they can be washed away. Formulated with fruit acids to add shine, it purifies and refreshes hair.

Step Two can be used at home for maintenance:
Alternate with your regular shampoo. Apply to wet hair, massage into a lather. Rinse. Repeat if necessary. For excessive build-up, leave in 5-10 minutes. Rinse.
